Comedy Story

Step 1: Majnu Saheb Stirs the Office on His Very First Day

Right in the middle of the city stood a modest office called Progoti Trading Company. Everyone there was serious, silent, and stiff as if smiling could deduct their salaries. Into that world of dull faces entered a brand-new accountant named Majnu Saheb.

The moment people heard his name, they giggled Majnu? Perhaps there was a tragic love story behind that! But within minutes of his arrival, everyone realized — this man wasn’t tragic; he was comic gold!

As soon as he entered the reception, he looked around and said, Excuse me, does anyone drink tea here, or is it just numbers that you consume?

The receptionist blinked in confusion. Of course, there’s tea. Would you like coffee instead?
Majnu replied, No, no, if I don’t drink tea, my calculations go wrong!
Even the office peon laughed out loud.

He roamed around the office, noticing that everyone looked like moving calculators. He thought to himself,
These people are breathing but not living. My first duty— bring laughter back to this place!

At lunch, everyone sat quietly, eating like it was a funeral, not a break. Suddenly Majnu said loudly, Hey, why’s this lentil soup so thin? Looks like it broke up in love and started drinking water!

The office froze for a second, then one person giggled, then another, and soon the whole room burst into laughter.

By the evening, the boss heard about the new clown accountant. He called Majnu to his office. Everyone whispered He’s finished!
But the boss smiled and said,
Majnu, you made everyone laugh on your first day. We needed someone like you here.

From that day, things changed. Laughter became a part of the office routine. Files still piled up, but jokes flew around too. Someone would shout, Majnu Bhai, what’s today’s joke?

He’d reply, First give me your file— I’ll slip a smile between the numbers!

What Majnu didn’t know was that this laughter-filled journey would soon lead to a day when everyone would laugh— but no one would dare to speak…

Step 2: The Day Majnu Shocked the Boss

The next morning, the entire office was buzzing with excitement. Everyone came early just to see what Majnu would do next. The office had turned into a sort of Comedy Club Trading Limited.

At exactly 9:30, Majnu walked in— files in one hand, glasses on his nose, and that signature smile on his face. He looked around and said,
Is the boss here, or did he go to the canteen to look for better tea?
Everyone laughed— and right at that moment, the boss entered.

Now, the boss was a terrifying figure— black coat, strict face, words few, and eyes sharp.

Even the bravest employees trembled in front of him. But Majnu didn’t flinch. He looked at the boss and asked,
Sir, do you wear that coat every day, or is it just to scare people?

The office went dead silent. Everyone thought— This is it. He’s fired!
But to everyone’s surprise, the boss burst out laughing.
You’re crazy! No one’s ever dared to joke like that with me!

He ordered a special cup of tea for Majnu.
As the tea arrived, Majnu said, Sir, if the tea is hot, that means our company’s future is heating up— towards success!
The boss chuckled, You can turn even a finance report into a stand-up show!

The office erupted in laughter again.

But later that day, the real drama began. The boss asked Majnu to prepare the cash flow report.
Majnu started typing seriously on Excel— but his mind wandered into humor land.
At the bottom of the report, he typed:
‘Balance is low, but morale is high!’

The report got printed and reached the boss.
Majnu! What is this? the boss shouted.
Majnu stood up and said calmly, Sir, we may have less money, but our spirits are priceless! I

 just wanted to motivate everyone.

The whole office burst into uncontrollable laughter.

The boss, still holding the report, said, Without you, this office would’ve been a desert!

From that day, even the boss softened a bit. The man who never smiled now sipped coffee and asked,
Majnu, what’s today’s inspirational quote?”
And Majnu would grin and say,
Sir, Money might not bring joy, but having me around the office certainly does!

The office roared with laughter again.
But little did they know— the next day, something would happen that would make them laugh till they cried!

Step 3: The Wrong Report That Shook the Office with Laughter

The morning started unusually calm. Everyone was busy—some typing, some counting invoices, while the boss quietly flipped through files. Majnu Saheb sat at his desk with his calculator, tapping seriously as if solving a national budget crisis. For once, it looked like he was truly serious. No jokes, no smiles. The office almost felt suspiciously peaceful.

Around 10 a.m., the boss walked over and said,
Majnu, I need today’s stock summary. Send it within 30 minutes.
Majnu nodded confidently. Yes, sir! It will be my masterpiece!

He started typing the report in full concentration—or at least he tried. After a few minutes, his creative brain couldn’t stay quiet. He looked at the boring spreadsheet and thought, ‘How can anyone stay awake looking at this?’
So he added a small motivational note at the bottom:
Warning: This report may cause extreme boredom. Read at your own risk!

Then he printed the file and sent it straight to the boss.

Five minutes later, a loud voice echoed from the boss’s room—
Majnu! What kind of report is this?
Everyone froze. Majnu stood up, straightened his tie, and said calmly, Sir, I just wanted to protect you from boredom. A good report should be both informative and entertaining.

For a moment, the boss stared at him, speechless. Then suddenly he burst out laughing. The sound of his laughter spread through the entire office.

From that day, people said jokingly,
Majnu’s reports may not balance the accounts, but they definitely balance the mood!

Step 4: The Email That Went to the Wrong Person

The next day, Majnu Saheb came to the office full of energy, as always. He was humming a song and sipping tea when the boss said,
Majnu, send the monthly report to our top client, Mr. Kabir. Be careful—he’s a serious man.
Majnu saluted like a soldier. Sir, no worries! I’ll make it look professional!

He opened the email, attached the report, and began typing:
Subject: Monthly Sales Report
But then, as always, his funny instinct kicked in. He added a line at the end of the email:

Dear Mr. Kabir, this report is so full of numbers that even my calculator fainted halfway!

He thought it was hilarious—until he clicked Send. Just a second later, his eyes widened.

He had accidentally sent the mail not to Mr. Kabir, but to All Staff – Company Group!

Within minutes, the entire office was roaring with laughter. Even the receptionist shouted,

Sir, I think your calculator really needs rest today!

The boss called him in, trying hard not to laugh.

Majnu, do you realize you just joked with the entire company?

Majnu grinned and said,
Sir, I believe in transparency. If I make people laugh, it should be shared equally!

The boss shook his head, laughing.
Majnu’s fame spread faster than the company’s reports that day!

Step 5: The Meeting That Turned into a Comedy Show

That afternoon, the office had a scheduled staff meeting. Everyone was nervous because the boss never smiled during meetings. Majnu Saheb walked in confidently, carrying a notepad, but of course, with his trademark mischievous grin.

As the boss started discussing quarterly targets, Majnu suddenly raised his hand. “Sir, I have a small suggestion,” he said. down, and profits go up naturally!”

A pause. Then giggles. The receptionist snorted. Someone at the back nearly choked on water. Even the boss paused and blinked.

Finally, Majnu added, “And if we work too hard, we can always have coffee breaks disguised as dance breaks!”

By now, the whole office was shaking with laughter. The boss, trying to maintain dignity, smiled slightly and muttered, “Majnu… you really are the king of chaos.

From that day, office meetings became less boring and slightly unpredictable—all thanks to Majnu Saheb’s unique style of humor.

Step 6: The Day Majnu Turned the Office Upside Down

It was Monday morning, and the office was quiet—almost too quiet. Everyone was still recovering from last week’s laughter marathon. Majnu Saheb entered with a big grin and a mischievous sparkle in his eyes.

Good morning, everyone! Today, we will do something different, he announced. Everyone exchanged worried glances. Different from Majnu usually meant chaos.

He went straight to the whiteboard and wrote:
Office Olympics: Who Can Finish the Most Files Without Falling Asleep?

The staff laughed nervously. Majnu handed out imaginary medals and started assigning points for typing speed, correct calculations, and, of course, creative excuses for mistakes. “Points for funny excuses count double!” he added.

Soon, the office looked like a circus. Paper airplanes flew across the room, pens rolled off desks, and even the boss couldn’t help but chuckle as he dodged a flying stapler. Majnu cheered everyone on like a sports commentator.

By noon, the staff were exhausted from laughing more than working, but the atmosphere had completely changed. Everyone felt energized, connected, and oddly productive. Majnu had done it again

he turned a dull Monday into an unforgettable day.

As everyone returned to their desks, whispers circulated:
Majnu Saheb is impossible… but we love him!

From that Monday onwards, no one in the office dreaded the start of the week. Laughter had officially become part of the company culture—thanks to Majnu’s crazy, unstoppable humor.

Step 7: The Coffee Disaster That Became Office Legend

It was another sleepy Tuesday morning. Files were piling up, the photocopy machine was humming like a broken harmonium, and everyone looked half-alive — except for Mizan. He suddenly stood up and declared,

Ladies and gentlemen, today I shall be your barista! Strong coffee, stronger spirit!

Everyone clapped half-heartedly, hoping at least caffeine would save their day. Mizan confidently marched into the pantry like a war hero entering battle. Five minutes later, an odd burnt smell floated across the office.

Rafi, who sat nearest to the pantry, shouted, Mizan bhai! Are you roasting beans or the

whole building?

Then Mizan appeared proudly with a pot of what looked like liquid darkness. He poured it into cups and said,
Behold! My special energy booster!

The first volunteer, Sumi, bravely took a sip and instantly coughed like she’d swallowed smoke.
Mizan bhai! Did you mix coffee with... petrol?

The room exploded with laughter. Even the boss, who usually frowned like a thundercloud, laughed so hard his glasses fell off.

Later, it was discovered that Mizan had used

soy sauce instead of coffee powder. The label looked similar, he said in his defense. From that day, a new office policy was born:
Mizan is permanently banned from the coffee machine.

And every time someone smells something strange, someone inevitably shouts —
Brace yourselves! Mizan’s making coffee again!

Step 8: The Online Meeting Mayhem

The company had just switched to online meetings every Friday. Everyone was secretly happy — because that meant working from home in pajamas. But no one took the rule turn your camera on seriously… until one Friday.

That day, the boss decided to surprise everyone by checking attendance during the meeting. Suddenly, twenty faces popped up on the screen — some sleepy, some eating breakfast, and one person, Mizan (of course), still lying in bed with a blanket up to his chin.

The boss frowned.
Mizan, are you… joining the meeting from bed? Mizan tried to sound confident, Sir, I’m just testing the comfort of remote working!

Before anyone could laugh, Rafi’s mic accidentally turned on — and everyone heard his mom shouting in the background,
Rafi! Did you feed the cat or not?

The entire team went silent for two seconds… and then burst into uncontrollable laughter.

To make things worse, Sumi’s camera suddenly flipped — showing her toddler smearing chocolate on the wall behind her. The boss just sighed and said,
I think we all need a professional meeting background... and a babysitter.

From that day, the rule changed to:

Cameras optional — sanity required.

And even now, whenever someone mentions online meeting, everyone in the office giggles remembering that chaotic Friday!
